Welp... here we are at another transfer week.  A new transfer is "among us" haha silly. Anyways, I'm staying in the area with Elder Fike and we are also picking up a new companion as well. His name is Elder Porter. We are getting him this Thursday! So I will give a intro on him NEXT email but that'll be exciting! This week was great once again thanks to the Lord! We've had a chance to drive around the whole area and find the old lost souls that use to be taught! Members, less actives, unbaptized youth, part member, not recently taught. Just overall all of them! We've been to the very edges of our borders and did ALOT of driving!!! Our area is VERY long and looks like an upside hammer and we live at the very top of the upside-down hammer so it takes us a good 45 min to get to the other 2 ends but God has blessed me with the love of driving so it's enjoyable to just look at nature along the way:)  We were able to get a referral from an inactive recent conver...

Wow... first off I want to say sorry, which I know I’ve done before multiple times. But truly I’m sorry, but here I am. I'm not too sure what the last email I wrote was. I think getting my new companion Elder Balderree. So since then Elder Iverson left the following transfer, and it was me and Elder Balderree for that following transfer and then I've now left the Denton YSA. It was 8 months in one area  - 1/3 of the mission! Wow what a journey and time it was serving there. Like everything being on the Lord's errand, it was bittersweet to leave. The semester ended and it was very much slowed down so it was a good time to say so long to the Denton YSA! Long live the friendships that we've been so blessed with!   I'm now just south of Fort Worth serving in a city called Burleson TX! I've been here for about 4 weeks I think. I'm with a new comp his name is Elder Fike, he is from Montana and did a little bit of forging before the mission…definitely the only one...

Overall good week! Felt slow. Lots of exchanges and lots of miracles as we put forth faith! Got transfer news a couple days ago. Elder Iverson and I are staying in this area. Elder Brower is leaving out to Graham. Elder Iverson and I will be getting another missionary on Wednesday. I am excited to train again and will continue to serve as zone leader. We are still in the Denton YSA ward and it is still going well. Eric was able to get baptized a couple ago and he's been doing great progressing. We were able to do a virtual temple tour of the Laie Hawaii temple with a special friend:) which was super good for Federic. He was baptized last month and we were able to teach about temples and the importance of the everlasting covenant and gospel!  We are continuing to find through campus and members! Little miracle… a girl named Sydney, who is engaged to a man named Jose, would like to get married in the temple in February 2024. Jose's is not a member but would like to start meeting ...
