Hey y’all!!     We met with our new friend, Gabe. It was such a sweet miracle about how it all came about. I'm totally forgetting if I told y’all about it last email... Imma assume so... if not I'm sorry, but we had our "fishing lesson" with him this Saturday. SO. MUCH. FUN. He even caught a couple fishies. It was just perfect. We ended up crumbling fishies crackers into the water so little LITTLE baby fish would come up and eat it and we would get a little net and scoop fishies up and hook em up on a bober and throw them back in and catch TANKS!!! It was awesome and as we were sitting there, we would talk about gospel. It was just perfect. NATURAL WAYS OF TEACHING!! Love it!     Ahhh, sad news. We don't think Dana was able to make the payment so we aren't sure if she's gonna get kicked out soon or not but we are SO SAD, ughhh whyyyy dana nooooo. Hey everyone! Short email because it was a short week. We were invited by a member to attend an MLB, Rangers vs. Yankees. Judge was sitting at his 61 home run mark that night and had his chance to hit his needed 62 home run for world record. Although he didn't hit it, THE CROWD! AND WOW words don't describe how quite it gets when he gets up to bat, let ALONE swing the bat! Got some merchandise from the game as well. Gotta love Texas!! I was sick all last week and IT WAS THE WORST!!!! It wasn't covid but it was something and it hit hard. One of the worse sides of sicknesses and wow did I lose some pounds last week. hahaha But by the end of the week, we got out a bit, consecrated our efforts with everything we could muster and the lord helped us out!  This week went by super fast but I'm not sure if it's the Hurst curse or just me but every time someone is progressing towards baptism in Hurst something always happens and it's been time and time again. HEYYYYY y’all! What's good? It's Elder Mortensen back at it again with another week down. Weeks are flying by faster and faster as time goes on. wow!!      This week was pretty good. We've been struggling to still find those who are prepared, but that has not stopped us from trying. We've been coordinating with different districts, zones, and mission wide for new finding ideas and have been trying some out and we've seen some miracles but still no fruit but we do press forward? "Always and Forever".      One night we decided to do some pick-up basketball. We meet two, 15 yr old kids and got their phone numbers. The following day we reached out and said pull up were here and bring your friends. He fired back and said I don't got no homies but I'll pull up... and here's the miracle... he walks in the gate 30 minutes later and I kid you not, like 30 kids followed him... it was like...
