Week 78

Overall good week! Felt slow. Lots of exchanges and lots of miracles as we put forth faith! Got transfer news a couple days ago. Elder Iverson and I are staying in this area. Elder Brower is leaving out to Graham. Elder Iverson and I will be getting another missionary on Wednesday. I am excited to train again and will continue to serve as zone leader. We are still in the Denton YSA ward and it is still going well. Eric was able to get baptized a couple ago and he's been doing great progressing. We were able to do a virtual temple tour of the Laie Hawaii temple with a special friend:) which was super good for Federic. He was baptized last month and we were able to teach about temples and the importance of the everlasting covenant and gospel! 

We are continuing to find through campus and members! Little miracle… a girl named Sydney, who is engaged to a man named Jose, would like to get married in the temple in February 2024. Jose's is not a member but would like to start meeting with the missionaries. As we started to teach, we asked if he had any questions, and he said, "ummm idk how to say this... I guess… how do I become a member of the church". Haha, we have answers for that! Anyways, long story short, super awesome miracle. Sydney has already been teaching Jose about the church but the lord stepped in and once again, as missionaries, we were just blessed with an opportunity to be a small part of Jose’s journey. Very humbling knowing God let me be a small part of the work He could do all by himself!
